Painting is my passion. Travel and experiencing other cultures has enriched my journey. My work is a blend of both Figurative and Contemporary Abstraction.

Worked surfaces and textures intrigue me.I begin with luminous flowing washes contrasted with deep rich color in mixed media.I let the process take me where it will.Each painting becomes an interpretive expression of form and color.

My intention is to get at the "essence", to give the viewer a place of contemplation and discovery.
