Each individual member page will consist of up to six images, a biography, an e-mail link and a link to each member’s own web site, if available.

Please edit and proof read your bio / contact information / web link and e-mail address carefully before submitting. You may include whatever sort of information you chose in your bio, such as contact information, gallery representation, etc.

Images and biography should be sent digitally (via e-mail) to:

Send ONE image per e-mail.

(If you have six images, you will send six separate e-mails) Don’t forget to include your bio information in one of the e-mails.

Please include the following information with each image you send:
1. Title
2. Image Size
3. Medium
4. Availability (available for purchase, or, the price, or “Sold”, or Private Collection etc.)

Digital images may be in any if the the following formats:
.jpg .png .bmp .pdf .pct .tif

Ideally, images should be sent in as large a format as possible and they will be resized to fit the web site. Images will be reduced in resolution in order to discourage image theft. This way they will look good on a computer screen but will not reproduce well on paper.

If you do not yet have pictures of your artwork in digital format you can take your negatives (or slides) to a photo lab such as London Drugs, Blacks etc. and they will convert them to digital files and store them on a conventional CD for you. This will allow you to send them via computer.
