Application for the showcase is now closed. If you have entered the show already below is the intake and pickup information as well as the waiver and forms you need to bring for intake. You will receive all future correspondence about the show details via email.
Every paid member of the Nanaimo FCA Chapter is eligible to enter 1 piece to be displayed at the showcase in April. The show will run April 13-20, 2018. You must enter your first piece by February 15, 2018 at 11:59pm, do this by filing out the form (link below) and submitting your photo. If you do not enter a piece by then we will assume that you are not interested in participating. This show is open for all members including supporting members. Once we see how many members are interested in participating, after if we believe there is room in the show we will let entered members apply for a second piece, acceptance of a second piece will be at our discretion due to space constraints etc. There is no charge for entering the show except that you need to pay for a one year membership to the Ladysmith Waterfront gallery in April prior to the show and you will need to show us proof of payment (their year starts in April so don't pay before this point, or make sure your membership will be valid during the show).
