Nanaimo FCA presents "Playing with Knives" an Acrylic Painting Workshop with Julia Lucich. The objective of this workshop is to demystify the use of palette knives. Although often associated with thick impasto effects, in reality knives can be wonderfully versatile with the potential to achieve effects that defy of enhance what we do with our brushes. Basically, the goal is to encourage painters to consider adding them to their "toolbox" as another way to play.
